By accessing or using any SmartNest Labs website, mobile application or API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
SmartNest Labs provides a range of software products, including but not limited to Survey Rewards, AI Football Predictions, OCR Scanner, Movie Hub and CVPilot AI, along with supporting APIs and cloud infrastructure. We may add, modify or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, not using the Services to distribute malware or spam, not reverse-engineering our applications, and not using automated tools to abuse rewards, predictions or scanning features beyond their intended purpose.
Some Services allow you to submit content, such as documents scanned through OCR Scanner or resume details submitted to CVPilot AI. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SmartNest Labs a limited license to process, store and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.
Survey Rewards and similar reward programs are subject to availability from third-party providers and may change without notice. AI Football Predictions are generated using statistical models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only; they are not guarantees of outcomes, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on this information.
All software, designs, logos and content associated with the Services are the property of SmartNest Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without prior written permission.
The Services may integrate with third-party APIs, payment processors and content providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of those third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to SmartNest Labs, other users, or third parties.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartNest Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
